My Story

Hi, I’m Claire, and I’m dedicated to helping leaders thrive in their roles. With over 20 years experience in senior HR positions within the often relentless world of Financial Services, I’ve seen firsthand the ups and downs of corporate life. Leaders, in particular, face unique challenges, often expected to have all the answers.

That’s why I transitioned into coaching several years ago—to provide leaders like you with support and guidance to overcome those challenges that are getting in your way. Whether it’s self-doubt, imposter syndrome, navigating tricky team dynamics, dealing with senior stakeholders, or the dreaded corporate politics—we’ll tackle it together.
