          Why Coaching Helps?

          Corporate life can be a hard and lonely place to be. The further up the ladder you go, the lonelier it gets and in a way that seems counter-intuitive to our younger selves, confidence levels become more easily knocked.

          Coaching exists to help you overcome these challenges and allow you to realise your potential at work. In our coaching sessions, you will have a safe and confidential space to explore and navigate the challenges you’re facing. We’ll focus on what’s going on, what is it that’s really important to you, how you’re showing up and how you might be helping or hindering the situation. My aim through our sessions is to build your self-awareness, help you feel more confident and give you a greater sense of self-belief and a clear way forward.

          As a qualified coach and NLP Practitioner, I use my skills and 20 years experience of people leadership and development to help you move forward with confidence at work and in your career.

          Coaching Packages



          Single 90-minute 1:1 coaching session.

          Best for support with a specific situation, including interview preparation.

          Sessions take place online (Zoom, MS Teams).


          3 Months Support


          6.5 hours of 1:1 coaching support.

          Our first session is 90-minutes, the remaining 5 sessions are

          60-minutes each.

          Typical timeframe of one session every 2-4 weeks.

          Best for specific short-term goals, building clarity and behaviour change.

          Sessions take place online (Zoom, MS Teams).

          Coaching tailored to your prefered style.

          Support by email between sessions.


          6 Months SUPPORT


          12.5 hours of 1:1 coaching support.

          Our first session is 90-minutes, the remaining 11 sessions are 60-minutes each.

          Typical timeframe of one session every 2-4 weeks.

          Best for complex/multiple or longer term goals.

          Includes your own personalised DISC personality profile and specialist feedback.

          Sessions take place online (Zoom, MS Teams).

          Coaching tailored to your preferred style.

          Support by email between sessions.

          1st Session!

          We’ll agree  the best time for you, I understand the diary challenges of corporate life, so I’ll do my best to work around you between9am – 7pm, Mon-Fri. We’ll meet regularly, via Zoom or MS Teams, having powerful conversations to help you move forward at work with confidence.
