          Managing people and teams can be a challenge for even the most charismatic of leaders, but in a world where people are often promoted for their technical skills, people management and influencing skills are often not a strength.           Bringing certified coaching skills and 20 years of senior HR experience from large, complex organisations in the Financial Services sector, I work with businesses struggling to get the best out of their people. Providing 1:1 coaching for leaders and professionals, as well as team coaching for new teams, or those looking to regroup and forge a way forward.

          My style is simple, human and curious. My approach focuses on raising awareness, building responsibility and opening up relationships to get to the heart of the problem.

          Providing a safe and confidential space to explore thought processes and behaviours, tackling unhelpful beliefs holding them back. We explore their leadership brand and how to become a leader others want to follow.

          Team Coaching

          Combining a mix of both 1:1 and group coaching. I use DISC individual and team personality profiling to build out relationships, open up communication, build trust and bring everyone together behind a common goal.

          A program of 1:1 coaching, supporting the transition from pregnancy to maternity leave and the often challenging return back into the workplace.
